Regarding Returns

Order Cancellation

We can only cancel an order before the product is shipped. Once the product has been shipped, we’re unable to cancel the order. If the cancellation is successful, a full refund will be issued.

Product Returns

You can return products unconditionally within 7 days from the date of package receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

1. The original package remains unopened and intact, and the product is unused.

2. The full package, including any accompanying gifts, must be returned.

3. Shipping costs for returning the product are your responsibility.

4. A receipt or proof of purchase from our official website is required for processing the return.

5. Clearance-priced items are not eligible for a refund.

1. Returns are only accepted within 7 days from the date of package receipt; overdue requests won’t be processed.

2. Returned products should be unused and in their original unopened and intact packaging. We do not accept worn, damaged, cleaned, or altered products.

3. Return the gifts along with the package.

4. Items marked as non-returnable and free gifts cannot be returned.

5. Please verify your returned products before shipping. We cannot accept non-Radiantess products for return.

6. You are responsible for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and they will be deducted from your refund.

7. Proper return requests are required before sending items back. Please reach out to us via Email Us to obtain the return address before shipping products back. Allow up to 48 hours for a response to your inquiry.

How to Initiate a Product Return

If you meet the return conditions, follow these steps:

1. First, Email Us to verify if your return is eligible.

2. In your email, provide your order number, order date, and a brief explanation for the return request. We will respond within 48 hours to confirm if your return request is approved.

3. Upon receiving return instructions, ship the entire package to the address provided by our customer service team. You’re responsible for the shipping fee, and we recommend insuring the shipment for loss or damage during transit.

4. Write your order number on the outside of the box.

5. After your return request is approved, ensure you return the product within 30 days from the initiation of your return. Your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days after we receive the package.

Refund After Receiving the Return

1.Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we’ll email you to notify whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

2.Upon approval, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2-3 business days.

3.If you don’t see the refund reflected in your original payment method after 2-3 days, allow an additional 1-2 days and check your bank account, as it might take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Regarding Exchanges

Product Exchange

Unconditional returns are not available after 7 days from the date of package receipt. However, you can apply for an exchange for a new product due to verified quality reasons within 30 days from the date of package receipt.

  2. A clear video or photo showing the specific problem.
  3. A detailed description of the problem.
  4. Email Us with all the information listed above to our customer service center.

Exchange Coverage

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged products due to poor quality, not for mal-operation or rough use.
